Can I add video footage in my Powtoon? 

At this point you cannot add video footage in your powtoon. You could save your powtoon as a video and then combine your other video footage in a program such as imovie. You could start or end your Powtoon presentation with your video footage. Or you could use your Powtoon inside of a webpage presentation and have your video there alongside your Powtoon.
